This was one of my trickiest projects! My task was to create and wrap a 150m tall skyscraper with graphics, however the main viewing angle was on the side of the building that has Eight different 45 degree angled surfaces, and the visuals needed to look like a flat image.
Therefore i had to recreate the buildings and projection-map the visuals in CG. From there i extracted the warped images, which then mapped perfectly on-top the real building and produced the illusion of an image that was flat.
